Be at the cutting edge and help shape the seismic shift to a regenerative low-carbon economy.

Put your talent where it matters most, driving real change on the biggest challenges of our time.

Work with brilliant people – a network of ambitious, curious, and inspiring hearts and minds across multiple sectors.

Stretch yourself on diverse, high-impact projects – designing new solutions to world-scale problems.

Thrive in a grown-up, autonomous culture – carve your own path while doing work the world genuinely needs.

  • Critical skills

Entrepreneur with proven ability to grow revenue Evidence of having pulled-in new business consulting projects at e.g c.£200k price tag, and not afraid to be accountable for £500k incremental revenue in the first year i.e. someone who can bring in new business via their network but they need to be more than just a biz dev person. We want them to be able to hold down a conversation with a client on their own if necessary before bringing in the team behind them.

A proven connector Evidence of being able to represent a company and to network with clients. Leads networking and events with confidence and charisma - they’re a connector. For example, they have shown they can successfully host an event, a dinner or facilitate a roundtable. Active on LinkedIn or similar evidence of reputation building capability.

A transformer Has driven significant transformational change for a client organisation and can evidence it with examples. For example in business model design, proposition development, business strategy, digital or sustainable transformation and/or organisational change.

Client partnerships Experienced in client management and client development strategy with the ability to build valuable and enduring client partnerships - can evidence this through real examples. Becomes a close friend and confidante to clients.

Fit for a start-up culture Highly ambitious, driven and hard-working, but kind and principled. This role is highly autonomous and fast-paced, and will better suit someone who has experience of thriving in start-up or growth-stage environments. The start-up world is ‘rough and tumble’ compared to the corporate world and the successful candidate will have that capacity.

A vision for a ‘sustainable’/ regenerative world Has a clear point of view on the world we need to build now. They see the role of business, innovation and marketing in making that world come to life. Realistic and pragmatic - rather than naively ideological - about how to make that happen.

If they haven’t worked in environmental sustainability, they must show evidence of the ability to learn a new sector and new skillset rapidly. We would expect to see a deep interest in the topic and to be already widely reading into the theme. Potentially has done the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership course as a sign of their commitment.
