Previously CEO of Grey London (WPP) where he launched Grey Consulting. Leo holds a Distinction in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, advises Carbon13 venture builder, and lectures at LSE, UCL, and Oxford Saïd Business School.

With deep expertise in building commercially powerful, purpose-driven brands, she helps businesses embed sustainability as a driver of growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Helen is soon to complete her MSc in Sustainability at Cranfield University.

A chartered accountant, former Deloitte Corporate Finance adviser, experienced operator and Times Tech 100 CFO, he brings a rare blend of strategic, financial and hands-on expertise. He has worked with global brands such as Starbucks and high-growth tech companies including Rem3dy Health, helping leaders build stronger business cases, sharper commercial models and clearer links between sustainability and business performance.

Royce

Seb helps leaders navigate the convergence of climate, culture and capital, turning complex shifts into clear positioning, credible narratives and commercially robust growth strategies. He has worked across energy, transport, FMCG, sport and tech, linking reputation, behaviour change and performance. Seb co-founded Glue London (later acquired by Dentsu), served as Freud' s first Chief Creative Officer leading campaigns for Nike and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and was Executive Creative Director at Gravity Road, working with TikTok, Peloton and McCain. Now focused on climate and systems change, he advises organisations aiming to lead the transition to a cleaner, fairer future. A Cambridge Sustainability Programme graduate (Distinction), his focus is simple: make responsible growth credible and distinctive.
Anne-Catherine Greatti

Anne-Ca sits at the heart of EdenLab’s strategy, operations and growth, combining strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership across the business. As Head of Strategic Operations, she works across internal operations, business development, brand, thought leadership and client delivery, shaping both how the organisation runs and how its work comes to life with clients. Before joining EdenLab, she spent eight years at Mother London, working on award-winning campaigns for clients including IKEA, Boots, KFC, Greenpeace and Make My Money Matter. With a background in Journalism, she brings curiosity, clarity and a strong belief in collaboration as a driver of meaningful and lasting change.

He brings more than 25 years’ experience across corporates, NGOs and advisory firms, translating complex business issues into clear strategic choices for boards and executive teams. A recognised specialist in social impact, coallition-building, and staekholder engagement, Jeremy has built and led global practices at leading agencies and advised on governance, ESG positioning and culture change across multiple sectors. A veteran of multinationals including Philips, Shell, SWIFT and National Grid, he is a regular commentator and speaker on sustainability, politics and business, and has counselled CEOs, board chairs and public figures on how to lead through disruption and redesign growth for long-term resilience.
